  • While it is not necessary to hire a personal trainer, working with me can provide numerous benefits. As a personal trainer, I will conduct an initial assessment to understand your fitness level, goals, and any limitations. Once I’ve gathered all your necessary information, I’ll customize a workout plan that is specific to your needs, preferences, and objectives. 

    I will provide guidance, support, and expertise to help you reach your fitness goals more effectively and efficiently. I’ll also help you avoid common mistakes, ensure proper form and technique, and provide consistent motivation and accountability.  

  • The time it takes to see results will vary depending on several factors, including your starting point, consistency and adherence to your workout and nutrition plan. It is important to remember that fitness and health are long term journeys and a lifestyle change and results will not happen overnight. With dedication, consistency, guidance and being held accountable, you will start seeing noticeable improvements in your fitness level and body composition within a few weeks to a few months.

  • Yes, pole and aerial fitness are perfect for beginners. I specialize in creating personalized one-on-one training sessions to help beginners master the fundamental moves and steadily build their strength. 

  • While having upper body strength can be beneficial, no, it is not a requirement to start your pole/aerial fitness journey. I design my training sessions to help you build strength overtime, so even if you have little to no upper body strength initially, you will gradually develop it through regular practice. 

  • I recommend wearing either leggings or exercise shorts, a sports bra and tank top or short sleeve t-shirt with sneakers or grip socks. For Pole fitness sessions shorts and a tank top and/or sports bra and bare feet. This allows for a better grip on the pole and improves your skin to pole contact, especially for certain movements. Avoid wearing any lotions or oils on your skin before class as it can make the pole slippery.

  • Pole fitness is a great form of exercise that can help with weight loss. It combines cardio, strength training and flexibility which can contribute to burning calories and building lean muscle. However, individual results will vary depending on factors such as diet, consistency, and intensity of training. 

 

Breathe Business Policies 

One-on-one Personal Training Cancellation Policy. 

If you need to cancel your training session, you must cancel it at least 12 hours before your scheduled time slot, to not be charged. If you late-cancel within the 12-hour window, you will be charged for your scheduled time. 

Personal Training Package Expiration Policy 

All personal training packages expire 6 months from the date of your first training session.
